I have been researching plots near Kashipur Ramnagar Highway for a possible weekend home and came across The Koru Ville in the Jim Corbett region. What interests me about this location is the combination of highway connectivity, nearby destinations such as Ramnagar and Kashipur, and a peaceful natural environment. Residential plots can be considered by people who want to build a second home or plan for future use. However, location and legal verification are important before investing. Anyone exploring this area should visit the project personally and check ownership, approvals, registration, road access and other relevant property documents.
