The picture sizes can alter the prominence of a photograph and the space that it takes up for a display. Smaller prints work well for albums, desks and small frames, and larger sizes will make the portrait, landscape or artwork stand out, Visuals Clipping explains. Selection may also impact cropping since different dimensions have different aspect ratios. The size of the display space, composition of the photo and viewing distance can help you choose the size that is suitable for the photograph without cropping.
