To download the QuickBooks payroll tax table update, open QuickBooks Desktop, go to Employees > Get Payroll Updates, tick Download Entire Update, and click Update. No separate installer is needed, so avoid third-party sites offering one. You need an active payroll subscription and an updated QuickBooks release first. After it finishes, restart QuickBooks and confirm the new tax table version on the same screen.
