อาการ "ปวดมดลูก" หรือ "ปวดท้องน้อยด้านขวา มดลูก" เป็นสิ่งที่ผู้หญิงแทบทุกคนคุ้นเคย โดยเฉพาะช่วงมีประจำเดือน แต่บ่อยครั้งที่เรามองข้ามความเจ็บปวดเหล่านี้ และคิดว่าเป็นเรื่องปกติที่ต้องทน ซึ่งความจริงแล้ว อาการปวดบางอย่างคือ สัญญาณอันตราย ที่ร่างกายกำลังเตือนถึงความผิดปกติของอวัยวะสำคัญ เช่น มดลูก รังไข่ และอุ้งเชิงกราน

อาการปวดท้องน้อยที่เกี่ยวกับมดลูกหรืออวัยวะสืบพันธุ์ไม่ได้มีแค่การปวดประจำเดือนเท่านั้น แต่มีลักษณะเฉพาะที่ควรสังเกต:

1. ปวดประจำเดือน ที่รุนแรงขึ้นเรื่อย ๆ
นี่คือสัญญาณคลาสสิกของโรคที่ซ่อนอยู่ หากคุณต้องใช้ยาแก้ปวดในปริมาณที่มากขึ้น หรือปวดจนต้องหยุดเรียน/หยุดงานทุกเดือน อาจเป็นสัญญาณของ:
เยื่อบุโพรงมดลูกเจริญผิดที่ (Endometriosis) หรือที่รู้จักกันในชื่อ ช็อกโกแลตซีสต์ เยื่อบุมดลูกเจริญในกล้ามเนื้อมดลูก (Adenomyosis)

2. ปวดท้องน้อย เรื้อรัง นานเกิน 6 เดือน
อาการปวดที่เป็นๆ หายๆ หรือปวดหน่วง ๆ ตลอดเวลา ที่ไม่สัมพันธ์กับการมีประจำเดือน ถือเป็นภาวะที่ผิดปกติอย่างยิ่ง เพราะบ่งชี้ถึงการอักเสบเรื้อรัง หรือการมีก้อนเนื้อในอุ้งเชิงกราน

3. มีอาการ ปวดร้าว ร่วมกับอาการผิดปกติอื่น ๆ
หากการปวดท้องน้อยของคุณมีอาการเหล่านี้ร่วมด้วย ควรรีบพบแพทย์ทันที:
ปวดร้าวไปที่ ขาหนีบ, ต้นขา, หรือหลัง ปวดขณะมีเพศสัมพันธ์ (Dyspareunia) ปวดขณะขับถ่าย หรือปวดหน่วงลงทวารหนัก

4. ปวดร่วมกับ เลือดออกผิดปกติ หรือ ตกขาวเหม็น
การมีเลือดออกนอกรอบเดือน หรือมีตกขาวที่มีกลิ่นเหม็นผิดปกติร่วมกับอาการปวด เป็นสัญญาณเตือนของการติดเชื้อหรือการอักเสบรุนแรง:
มดลูก/ปีกมดลูกอักเสบ (Pelvic Inflammatory Disease - PID) เนื้องอกมดลูก (Fibroids) ที่อาจมีเลือดออกผิดปกติ

5. ปวดท้องน้อย เฉียบพลันและรุนแรง
อาการปวดท้องน้อยด้านใดด้านหนึ่งที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างกะทันหัน รุนแรงมากจนตัวงอ หรือมีอาการหน้ามืดเป็นลมร่วมด้วย อาจเป็นภาวะฉุกเฉินที่ต้องได้รับการ ผ่าตัดมดลูก เช่น: ถุงน้ำในรังไข่แตก หรือ รังไข่บิดขั้ว การตั้งครรภ์นอกมดลูก
