When you hear the name "Chopard Alpine Eagle", the first thing that comes to mind is probably the dial designed based on the eagle's eye. The Alpine Eagle XL Chrono follows suit and comes in a brand new color. This color, "Rhone Blue", is based on the Rhone River, one of the most famous rivers in the Alps. The dial is made of brass and printed with a sunburst pattern and texture, giving this watch a typical eagle's eye look. This new blue color contrasts with the black background and white hour indices of the chronograph subdials.

While this is not the first Alpine Eagle chronograph, a new feature of this series of chronographs is the titanium case. Forged from grade 5 titanium, the 44 mm case has a unique look and is as light as a feather on the wrist. Chopard combines titanium with aluminum and vanadium to give the case additional corrosion resistance, allowing the wearer to use it freely in the world's oceans. The integrated rubber strap completes the sporty look and enhances the overall toughness of the watch.
