Epic Games has introduced a new Harley Quinn skin in Fortnite Chapter 6, but it’s not the classic outfit that many players were hoping for. Released on December 22, the Karuta Harley Quinn skin is available for 1,500 V-Bucks on its own or as part of the Feudal Gotham Bundle, which also includes a Ninja Knight Batman skin, the Harlequin Otsuchi pickaxe, and the Ninja Bat Vanish emote.

While not a direct replica, the Karuta skin shares design similarities with previous Harley Quinn skins like Lil Monster XOXO and Always Fantabulous, which are loosely inspired by Margot Robbie’s portrayal of the character in the Suicide Squad films. However, Harley Quinn’s iconic red and black jester suit, originally created by Paul Dini and Bruce Timm in the ’90s for Batman: The Animated Series, is notably absent from Fortnite.

Though Epic has not announced any plans to include this original outfit, fans continue to express their frustration, with many labeling the new skin as "silly" and voicing their desire for a more classic look. “I want the jester suit so bad,” one Reddit user commented, with many others echoing the sentiment. “It’s criminal that this skin is not in yet,” another user added.

The conversation about Harley Quinn quickly shifted to other iconic DC characters that fans feel deserve their own skins. One user specifically mentioned a desire for ’60s Batman and Robin skins inspired by the Adam West and Burt Ward portrayals.
